Rangihau Ranch Horse Treks

One of 30 well conditioned trek horses will take you up the original packhorse trail known as the Gentle Annie, to some of the most spectacular scenery on the Coromandel Peninsula. Rugged ranges, native bush and rolling farmland unfold before you while Whitianga harbour sparkles in the distance. Your trek can last 1, 1and 1/2 or 2 hours and must be booked in advance. There are horses to suit all abilities. For preschoolers there are quiet lead-rein ponies to take on a1\2 hour track. Treks run all year round though may be weather dependant.
